How is my ordered equipment shipped?

Our equipment will be shipped using a freight line that has a lift gate.  The lift gate will bring your Heating & air Conditioning system down to ground level at your home or business.  We pay extra for this service to provide you with quality service.

What should I consider when replacing my air conditioning or heating unit?

A heat pump with a SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio) of 14 or greater and an HSPF (Heating Seasonal Performance Factor) of at least 7.8 will help lower the heating and cooling portion of your electric bill.
